Q: When will my shoes ship?
A: Typical shipping time is 3-5 days, with delivery within 7-15 business days after shipment. (If you choose to require QC, usually 1-3 days QC will send you a confirmation)
Q: How do I track my package?
A: Once the package is generated, we will send you a tracking number at https://www.17track.net/zh-cn to track your package.
Q: What is included in my purchase?
A: Original box/shoe body/original shoe freebies (laces, special accessories, etc.)
Q: Do I need to pay tax for my shipment?
A: No, we have already paid the tax for your package.
Q: My shipment needs to be expedited.
A: We do not support expedited packages at this time. The speed at which a package is shipped is highly dependent on the speed of the customs inspection. We have no control over this time.
Q: Are you legal?
A: Of course, we are 100% legal and many customers trust us.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is made via PayPal/credit/bank card/debit card, Klarna, Apple pay, google pay and ideal. Once you have purchased your shoes, we will provide you with a detailed tutorial on how to pay (please contact us if you have any questions).
Q: Is my payment at risk?
A: No, if there are any issues with your payment you can contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok and we will refund any unspecified amounts.
Please make sure to include your order number with your payment so we can process the order. It's best to contact us after the payment has been made. If we are unable to reach you, we will send your QC and shipping slip to the email address you have filled in. In our experience, most people don't pay attention to the emails they receive :(
Q: Can I return an item for a refund?
A: Returns: Our policy is to last 30 days. If you purchased an item more than 30 days ago, we are sorry but we are unable to offer you a return for a refund. Please see the Returns Refund Policy for details.
To qualify for a refund, your item must have a quality issue. In order to complete a return, we need photos of the product.
REFUNDS: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, we will process your refund within a certain number of days and automatically transfer the refund to the account credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Q: What should I do if an item is lost in transit?
